"Last week, our major event with over 1,000 participants took place for the 39th time in the Westfalenhallen. We received a lot of positive feedback from the participants regarding the excellent hospitality, organisation and implementation. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the Kongress Dortmund team was always approachable and very helpful, even in the most stressful situations. At an event of this size, issues regularly arise spontaneously, even during the running of the event, which require quick and creative solutions. Even with the most spontaneous issues, we were offered a solution directly, which was then also implemented immediately to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks for that!"
